4. The lubrication method of the chain can be selected according to the diameter and speed of the sprocket.
5. The chain lubricating oil adopts low-power transmission, the seal is not tight, and the speed is less than 200m/min.
Sealing machine chain lubrication control:
1. Manually lubricate the loose side of the chain with an oil brush and lubricator until the oil film is reflected on the friction ring and there are no oil drops.
2. For drip lubrication, drip 5-20 drops of lubricating oil in the gap between the inner and outer chain plates of the loose side of the chain every minute until the above requirements are met.
